Delta 8 THC

What Is Delta-8 THC?

Delta 8 THC is a powerful cannabinoid native to the cannabis flower. Delta-8-THC is an isomer of CBD, which is a derivative of hemp and CBD, a cannabinoid found in hemp, and is found in our products with less than 0.3% Delta-9-THC. In other words, Delta 8 THC is sort of a middle ground between hemp, CBD and THC-Delta-9.

Analogue of THC

According to The NCI, Delta-8 THC is defined as “an analogue of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) with antiemetic, anxiolytic, appetite-stimulating, analgesic, and neuroprotective properties.” They also stated that “this agent exhibits a lower psychotropic potency than Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (Delta-9-THC), the primary form of THC found in cannabis.”

THC-B

What Is THCB?

The discovery of THCB was an exciting breakthrough for the cannabis industry, as it’s one of the few cannabinoids that could potentially provide a different type of experience than Delta 9. While it does contain psychoactive properties, it doesn’t have the same intensity as Delta 9.

This means that consumers may be able to enjoy the effects of cannabis without feeling overly high or experiencing the same intense psychoactive effects.

THCB is being studied to see if it can help with medical conditions such as anxiety and depression. The research is still in its early stages, but some experts think that THCB has potential to be an effective natural remedy for a variety of mental health issues. In addition to this potential medicinal use, THCB can also be used recreationally.

THC-JD

What Is THC-JD?

THCjd, which is also referred to as Δ9-THCjd and octyl THC, is a largely unexplored cannabinoid naturally present in the hemp and cannabis plants.

By contrast to conventional Δ9-THC, THCjd has a side hydrocarbon chain consisting of eight carbon atoms. This hydrocarbon chain is saturated, so no double or triple bonds are present between any of the carbon atoms. In addition, there are no heteroatoms such as oxygen, sulfur or nitrogen found on the eight carbon side chain.

Conventional Δ9-THC has a five carbon saturated chain attached which is also free from any heteroatoms. The structures of Δ9-THC and Δ9-THCjd are shown for contrast below.

THC-P

What Is THC-P?

THCP is one of the hundreds of phytocannabinoids present in cannabis. The two most well-known phytocannabinoids are THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) and CBD (cannabidiol) and are both used for medicinal purposes.

THCP, like THC, is psychoactive meaning it will give the user a “high”. Each cannabinoid has its own unique properties so it is unclear what type of effects THCP will have on users. Like THC and CBD, every user may experience the effects differently.

High Potency

Scientists discovered that THCP is over 30 times more potent than THC (tetrahydrocannabinol). This could be greatly beneficial for medical cannabis patients since using THCP would require lower doses for treatment. While this is promising news, it is unclear when or if THCP-based products will hit the market for medical cannabis patients.

CBD Hemp Oil

What Is CBD Oil?

CBD is just one of the cannabinoids present in cannabis, and it is known for its relief and wellness properties. It is extracted from the hemp plant and diluted with a carrier oil to meet the desired dose. CBD oil can be made into a tincture which is taken under the tongue, a topical serum which is used on the skin, or a water soluble that dissolves in water or any other drink.

Does CBD oil get you high?

CBD oil will not get you high. THC is the cannabinoid that is known for its “high” or psychoactive effect. Marijuana contains high levels of THC, which is why it gets people “high,” but our full spectrum CBD products contain less than 0.3% THC content in compliance with the legal limit and produce absolutely no psychoactive effects. We also offer a lab tested and guaranteed THC-free version of some of our products.

CBD Flower

What Is CBD Flower?

CBD flower comes from the hemp plant. Depending on the THC content, cannabis plants are classified as either hemp or marijuana. We source ours from hemp because of its low THC content. Our premium hemp flower has been specifically bred to be rich in CBD (Cannabidiol) and low in THC (delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol).

THC is the psychoactive ingredient of the cannabis plant. Fortunately, the THC levels in hemp are so low that they will not get you “high.” However, there is just enough THC to allow the “synergistic effects” of the plant to take action. Hemp flowers contain all the natural properties of the plant which makes them a true full-spectrum product. Full-spectrum products offer the greatest synergistic effects amongst CBD products.

Nanotechnology

Nanotechnology

Nanotechnology represents the ultimate refinement of hemp oil concentrate. Our unique process gives unmatched particle size, putting cannabinoids in their most bio-active state. This minute size gives the cannabinoids a much greater surface area.

The smaller the particle size, the easier it is for the cells of your body to absorb it. Every time you cut the particle size in half, you increase its surface area. Think of the exponential surface area when you reduce particle sizes hundreds of times. This process will not only make hemp oil concentrate much more potent, it will make delivery time to the cells a matter of seconds; not hours!

Synthetic Psilocybin

Synthetic Psilocybin

In 1957, when Wall Street banker R. Gordon Wasson publicized in Life Magazine about his and photographer Allan Richardson’s experience as “the first white men ever to consume the divine mushroom,” he could not predict the revolt they would cause and the dialogue it would trigger within it. After being exposed to holy mushrooms by Mazatec curandera (healer) María Sabina, Wasson set up for a portion to be mailed over Albert Hofmann—noted father of LSD—who isolated its effective molecule: psilocybin.

Psychedelic mushrooms contain three main alkaloids that produce mind-altering effects: psilocybin, the primary psychoactive ingredient; psilocin, a metabolite that is activated after psilocybin is ingested; and baeocystin, which occurs in low concentrations in the mushrooms that we typically eat.
